Matera's low-rising bread is a highly authentic bread that harks back to the region's artisan tradition through essential ingredients and slow processing. Its more compact shape encases a generous crust and a soft, moist crumb with a typical straw-yellow colour.

Shipping Information

All orders placed by Tuesday will be processed and shipped immediately so that you receive your boxes within the same working week. Conversely, all orders placed from Wednesday to Sunday will be processed and shipped the following week to prevent courier depot stops and always ensure fresh products.
In exceptional cases, shipping may be delayed due to force majeure (e.g., weather events, strikes, etc.).
