Our durum wheat friselle are made from a selection of re-milled durum wheat semolina, traditionally prepared with water, salt, and sourdough. The double baking process gives them their typical fragrant and crispy texture, while the taste evokes the genuine flavors of yesteryear.

Shipping Information

All orders placed by Tuesday will be processed and shipped immediately so that you receive your boxes within the same working week. Conversely, all orders placed from Wednesday to Sunday will be processed and shipped the following week to prevent courier depot stops and always ensure fresh products.
In exceptional cases, shipping may be delayed due to force majeure (e.g., weather events, strikes, etc.).
