La f'ccòzz, which means “focaccia” in the Matera dialect, is a box dedicated to four Panificio Perrone specialities. Inside you will find White Focaccia di Matera, Peeled Tomato Focaccia di Matera, Potato Focaccia di Matera and Cherry Tomato Focaccia di Matera: four different flavours made with durum wheat semolina, sourdough starter and extra virgin olive oil.
A selection created to share the flavours of Matera's bakery at the table, during an aperitivo or a dinner with friends. Each focaccia is individually packed in a protective atmosphere.
Made to order: every order is prepared fresh and shipped within 24 hours of baking!
To ensure the best possible freshness, shipments are sent immediately after baking.

Shipping information
For Italy: all orders placed by Tuesday will be processed and shipped immediately, so that products can be received within the same working week. Orders placed from Wednesday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday, to prevent parcels from being held at the courier depot and to ensure products arrive fresh.
For international orders: orders are shipped exclusively on Mondays to protect the quality of fresh products and prevent weekend depot holds.
