Matera bread, peperone crusco taralli, friselle and cornetti tell the story of our artisan tradition through simple ingredients and slow preparation methods. For Italy: all orders placed by Tuesday will be processed and shipped immediately, so that products can be received within the same working week. Orders placed from Wednesday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday, to prevent parcels from being held at the courier depot and to ensure products arrive fresh.
For international orders: orders are shipped exclusively on Mondays to protect the quality of fresh products and prevent weekend depot holds.
