Matera's low-rising bread is a highly authentic bread that harks back to the region's artisan tradition through essential ingredients and slow processing. Its more compact shape encases a generous crust and a soft, moist crumb with a typical straw-yellow colour.

Produced on demand: every order is freshly prepared and shipped within 24/48h of baking!

To ensure the best possible freshness, shipments are made immediately after baking. During periods of high demand, preparation times may require a few extra days.
